COOPERATION FORMAT

MVP and first-release product development

Test an idea through a working product. We choose one useful journey and defer features that are unnecessary for understanding demand and user behaviour.

WHEN IT HELPS

Choose by the work ahead

A fit for a new SaaS product, service, application or internal tool when validating value matters more than delivering every planned capability at once.

DELIVERABLES

What we agree to deliver

WORKING PROCESS

Three steps to an agreed scope

  1. Define the hypothesis and an observable validation outcome.
  2. Build the main sequence of user actions.
  3. Launch, review feedback and select the next step.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

Planning, budget and responsibilities

The first-release scope and budget are agreed separately. Later phases are estimated after launch and updated priorities.

An MVP does not guarantee demand. Data protection, a correct core journey and maintainability remain first-release requirements.

FAQ

Before we start

How many features should be included?

Enough to test the main value. Secondary journeys go into the list for later phases.

Can we keep developing the MVP?

Yes. Expansion decisions follow usage results. Architecture takes the near-term growth scenarios into account.
