Privacy and personal data policy

How AVEXIUM handles information submitted through its website enquiry form.

1. Controller

The data controller is Andrey Maksimovich Proshin, taxpayer ID 324302996996, registered as a self-employed professional in Bryansk, Bryansk Region, Russia. For data enquiries: linkert.bz@yandex.ru. This policy covers avexium.ru and its enquiry form.

2. Data and purposes

The form collects the project type, description, contact details and an optional name. We record submission time, page language and consent version. Connection details, including an IP address, may be processed temporarily to prevent abuse and in security logs. We use the information to receive your enquiry, contact you and prepare a proposal. Please do not send passwords, payment details or another person's personal information through the form.

3. Basis and operations

We process the form data based on your separate consent given before submission. Operations include collection, recording, storage, correction, use and deletion by automated means. You can withdraw consent by emailing linkert.bz@yandex.ru. If there is no other lawful basis, we will stop processing and delete the data in accordance with applicable law.

4. Storage and access

The original enquiry is stored in a database on a server in Russia. Only an authorised person can access the private inbox using a password over an encrypted connection. Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted within 12 months of submission. Contract records may be retained longer where required by law or contractual obligations.

5. Notifications and other services

The controller's Telegram chat receives only an internal enquiry ID and a link to the private inbox. The alert does not include your name, contact details or project description. If you contact us directly through Telegram, MAX or email, that provider also handles the communication under its own rules. The website form does not upload files, process payments or send the enquiry text to an external analytics provider.

6. Security and your rights

We use HTTPS, rate limits, field validation and restricted access to the database and inbox. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information and withdraw consent at linkert.bz@yandex.ru. We may ask you to establish your connection to an enquiry before disclosing its contents.

7. Changes

Version dated 29 September 2026. We will update this page if the processing changes and request separate consent where a new purpose requires it.
